- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for critical materials and services
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through SLAs and regular reviews
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop specifications and ensure supplier compliance
- Optimize inventory management and procurement workflows using ERP systems
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement practices and supplier selection
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build long-term supplier partnerships
