Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to order placement and delivery follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors to ensure high-quality supply chain service.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to secure the best possible terms and pricing for the organisation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with storage departments to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and requisitions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within the manufacturing or healthcare industry.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
- A valid Malaysian driving license is required.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and cost reduction initiatives.
