- Lead end-to-end CAPEX procurement for O&G Midstream and EPC projects
- Manage supplier relationships and strategic vendor negotiations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards
- Optimize procurement processes for cost efficiency and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical specifications
- Analyze market trends and identify new supplier opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and report on procurement performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 8+ years procurement experience with 5+ years in O&G/EPC sectors
- Proven expertise in CAPEX project procurement lifecycle
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical abilities for cost-benefit analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Knowledge of Singaporean procurement regulations
