We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Procurement Executive (EPC / CAPEX Projects) to join our team in Singapore River. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for managing high-value Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects. You will drive the end-to-end procurement strategy, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the procurement strategy and execution for large-scale EPC and CAPEX projects.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying suppliers to contract finalization.
- Negotiate complex contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable pricing and service levels.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee vendor performance management and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define technical specifications and requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with specific focus on EPC or CAPEX projects.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain risk management, and tender procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
