Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for hotel operations including F&B, amenities, and maintenance supplies
- Manage supplier relationships through contract negotiations, performance reviews, and partnership development
- Analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities across procurement categories
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with finance to manage departmental budgets and cost-control initiatives
- Implement digital procurement systems to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision making
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects and vendor onboarding processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in hospitality or luxury service sector
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of Singaporean procurement regulations and sustainability practices
