Join PERSOL as a Senior Procurement Executive and drive excellence in our Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations. You will spearhead end-to-end procurement processes, specializing in RFQ and tender management to optimize vendor selection and contractual terms. This role requires strategic oversight of procurement cycles, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and supplier relationship management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and cost savings in a dynamic manufacturing/logistics environment.
As a key stakeholder, you'll conduct market analysis, negotiate complex contracts, and implement procurement best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes including RFQ development, tender issuance, and bid evaluation
- Manage supplier negotiations and contract administration to secure optimal commercial terms
- Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement specifications and requirements
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key commodities/services
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with RFQ/tender specialization
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex vendor proposals
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
