Are you an experienced Senior Procurement Executive looking to drive efficiency in a dynamic environment? PERSOL is looking for a dedicated professional to support the execution and administration of the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in managing the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and supplier selection to contract finalization. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, prepare competitive RFQs and tenders, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end RFQ and Tender process from initiation to award.
- Administer the Source-to-Contract (S2C) workflow efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable deals.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Support vendor onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Procurement, S2C, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of RFQ and Tender procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract role.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics is highly preferred.
