As a Senior Procurement Executive, you will not just be processing orders; you will be instrumental in supplier development, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify reliable vendors, negotiate competitive terms, and manage the procurement lifecycle from procurement planning to delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for machine parts, standard parts, and indirect materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to build a resilient and competitive supply base.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to achieve maximum cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production requirements and project timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from issuing purchase orders to monitoring delivery and managing supplier invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, specifically within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of technical parts, machine components, and indirect material procurement.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
