Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including purchase order issuance, vendor evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure budget alignment and inventory optimization.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by maintaining contingency plans and building relationships with secondary suppliers.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing logistics, inventory management, and market procurement trends.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in managing vendor relations and financial commitments.
