Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for new product introduction programs in the semiconductor industry
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for materials, components, and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize procurement decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability for production
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Proven experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to build supplier relationships
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software (SAP experience preferred)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
