Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure MRO materials, indirect supplies, and packaging components for Advanced Packaging operations
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and supplier performance
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct supplier performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to ensure uninterrupted production flow
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier diversification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Proven expertise in MRO sourcing and indirect materials procurement
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable commercial terms
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and lean manufacturing
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) is highly desirable
