Join Renesas as a Senior Procurement/Purchasing Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials and indirect materials critical to our Advanced Packaging production line. This position requires strategic sourcing expertise, supplier relationship management, and the ability to negotiate favorable terms while maintaining quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for MRO and indirect materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the procurement cycle
- Collaborate with production teams to align material procurement with production schedules
- Implement and improve procurement strategies while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent supply chain disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or electronics industry
- Proven track record in sourcing MRO and indirect materials
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
