Join Honeywell's dynamic team as a Senior Procurement/Sourcing Specialist for our cutting-edge ELV (End-of-Life Vehicle) and Airport project. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle for ELV/Airport project materials and services
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost and quality
- Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct market research and supplier risk analysis for critical components
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and local regulations
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement requirements
- Drive process improvements through data analytics and procurement technology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of procurement experience in logistics, aerospace, or manufacturing
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and data
- Proven track record of cost optimization and risk mitigation in complex projects
