Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support company objectives.
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection to ensure optimal cost, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing complex supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry is preferred.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
