We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead our sourcing initiatives and drive strategic vendor partnerships. In this critical role, you will manage end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate complex contracts, and optimize supply chain efficiency for manufacturing, logistics, and operational needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in vendor lifecycle management, cost reduction strategies, and compliance with procurement best practices. - Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for equipment, services, and supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing structures
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to ensure competitive advantage
- Manage vendor relationships and performance monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with operational requirements

- Oversee contract administration and renewal processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine procurement regulations and compliance standards
