In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, from supplier identification and negotiation to contract management and performance evaluation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for critical components and services in semiconductor manufacturing
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost and quality
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining relationships with existing partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for procurement optimization
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities support manufacturing needs
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of achieving favorable terms
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Certification in procurement (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is preferred
