We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Supervisor to lead our sourcing operations and ensure seamless acquisition of international materials. This critical role requires strategic oversight of the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification to final delivery, while maintaining strict adherence to budgetary constraints and quality specifications. You will drive cost optimization initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and implement procurement best practices to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

- Oversee end-to-end procurement process for foreign-sourced items, ensuring timely delivery within approved specifications
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with international suppliers to optimize costs and quality
- Analyze market trends and negotiate favorable contracts for raw materials and components
- Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procurement policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members to enhance performance capabilities
- Coordinate with logistics teams to manage customs clearance and delivery timelines
- Generate procurement reports and performance metrics for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with focus on international sourcing
- Proven track record in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market evaluation
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environment preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
