- Monitor stock levels and adjust allocation to prevent overstock/understock situations
- Implement data-driven allocation methodologies using inventory management systems
- Prepare performance reports on inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and allocation effectiveness
- Coordinate with store operations teams to resolve allocation discrepancies
- Identify process improvements to enhance allocation efficiency and cost control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail inventory allocation or replenishment
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of retail sales cycles and consumer behavior
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (buying, merchandising, operations)
