Join Sanderson-iKas as a Senior Product Designer and play a pivotal role in defining the digital future. We are seeking a visionary designer who excels at bridging the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive user experiences. In this dynamic role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and maintaining a robust design system.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams of Product Managers and Engineers to simplify intricate workflows and shape new products that delight users. Your designs will drive the product strategy, ensuring that every interaction is accessible, scalable, and aligned with business goals. We are looking for a thought leader who can advocate for the user, challenge the status quo, and mentor junior designers within the team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-centric designs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency and accelerate the development workflow.
- Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design to drive innovation.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and adhere to web standards and guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with design handoff processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
