Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, debug, and optimize comprehensive test solutions for complex Power Management ICs (PMIC) and mixed-signal silicon.
- Design and maintain hardware/software infrastructure for wafer sort and final package test.
- Execute silicon characterization and bench verification to validate design specifications against corner conditions.
- Drive yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives through rigorous data analysis and statistical process control.
- Collaborate with IC designers to implement design-for-test (DFT) features that improve observability and test coverage.
- Manage technical documentation and technical reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during product debug phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, specifically with PMIC or Analog/Mixed-Signal products.
- Proficiency with industry-standard ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest).
- Strong fundamental knowledge of analog circuit design, power management topologies, and digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, SPMI).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or VBT for test automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying root causes for complex hardware issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
