Join Renesas as a Senior Product Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cutting-edge semiconductor products. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless product continuity throughout the mass production phase. By effectively managing the entire product lifecycle, from design to delivery, you will be the bridge between technical development and manufacturing excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full product lifecycle to ensure continuity from mass production to end-of-life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and technical defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate technical requirements and status updates to stakeholders and customers effectively.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and manage engineering change orders (ECOs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and defect reduction.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and data analysis software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
