Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and routine maintenance of production machinery and high-tech automation equipment.
- Lead the troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical failures, implementing long-term technical solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and design teams to facilitate smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) initiatives.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for cost reduction and yield improvement through Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design and implement customized jigs, fixtures, and automated tools to support assembly and testing requirements.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide technical training to production operators and junior technicians.
- Ensure all engineering activities and equipment comply with occupational safety and health (OSHA) regulations and ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or machine maintenance (Senior candidates preferred).
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and a deep understanding of PLC programming and automation logic.
- Solid experience in process optimization, yield analysis, and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple project deadlines.
- Knowledge of SMT processes or semiconductor manufacturing is a significant advantage.
