Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute product vision aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile development cycles
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success
- Manage product roadmap prioritization based on business impact and user feedback
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with revenue goals
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and user iteration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in ICT sector
- Proven track record of launching successful data-driven products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Aha!, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Experience managing product lifecycles from concept to post-launch optimization
