Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative automotive solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product gaps
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage product backlogs
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Represent product vision to executive leadership and external partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in automotive industry
- Proven track record of launching successful hardware/software products
- Expertise in agile development methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience managing P&L for product lines and defining pricing strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
