Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for data analytics initiatives, from concept to deployment.
- Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation within the fintech and regulatory tech space.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and manage agile development sprints effectively.
- Ensure data products meet strict regulatory compliance and security standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and drive stakeholder buy-in.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the FinTech, Banking, or Government sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Demonstrated experience managing contract or temporary product management roles.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into strategic business value.
