At MAS, you will be at the forefront of shaping Singapore's financial regulatory landscape. In this pivotal role within the Agile Centre of Excellence, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will work closely with policy specialists, user experience designers, and world-class engineering teams to conceptualise, build, and scale products that serve the financial community and the public.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of critical digital services. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products within the Tech Products Division, ensuring alignment with MAS's policy and operational goals.
- Act as the primary Product Owner for an agile development squad, managing the product backlog, prioritising epics and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria to drive sprint execution.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, translating insights into product requirements and features that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including policy experts, UX/UI designers, software engineers, and data analysts to deliver high-impact solutions in a timely manner.
- Lead product discovery and validation efforts, including prototyping, A/B testing, and proof-of-concepts, to de-risk decisions and ensure product-market fit.
- Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for product features, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform future product iterations.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, managing expectations and securing buy-in throughout the product lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead role delivering complex digital products and services.
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner within an agile/scrum development environment, with a strong command of backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate high-level business and policy objectives into actionable product features.
- Strong user-centric mindset with experience in human-centred design methodologies, user research, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and building consensus across technical and non-technical teams.
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape, emerging trends (e.g., AI/ML, RegTech, Cloud), and their application to financial services or public sector digital transformation.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, regulatory technology, or public sector digital services is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
