- Drive the end-to-end product strategy for Google’s Vulnerability Rewards Program, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
- Analyze complex vulnerability trends to inform product security roadmaps and mitigate systemic risks.
- Foster strong relationships with the global security research community to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to streamline vulnerability disclosure, triage, and remediation processes.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks to communicate program impact to senior leadership.
- Design incentives and gamification strategies to encourage high-quality reporting from the researcher community.
- Manage end-to-end policy updates, ensuring transparency and fairness in reward allocations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within cybersecurity, trust and safety, or threat intelligence.
- Proven track record of scaling platforms or community-led programs in a large-scale tech environment.
- Deep understanding of vulnerability disclosure policies, bug bounty program management, and ethical hacking ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional global teams.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and project management tools in an agile development environment.
