- Develop and implement product operations strategies to optimize efficiency and drive growth in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Establish and maintain robust operational frameworks for financial products in compliance with industry regulations
- Lead product road planning and prioritization, balancing technical feasibility with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with market needs
- Implement best practices in product lifecycle management and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product operations, with at least 2 years in fintech or cryptocurrency/Web3
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
- Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles in regulated financial environments
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across diverse teams
