Are you ready to shape the future of global wealth management? HSBC is seeking a visionary Senior Product Owner to spearhead our Brokerage Platforms and Digital Assets strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging digital markets, driving the end-to-end product roadmap for our Wealth Digital Assets and Capabilities (DAC) ecosystem.
As a key leader within our Singapore-based digital transformation team, you will collaborate with global stakeholders, engineering squads, and UX researchers to build high-performance trading platforms. You will translate complex regulatory and market requirements into intuitive digital experiences, ensuring HSBC remains at the forefront of the evolving wealth landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the global product roadmap for brokerage platforms, aligning with HSBC's long-term wealth strategy.
- Lead cross-functional agile squads, including engineers, designers, and analysts, to deliver high-impact product features.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets products, from discovery and market research to post-launch optimization.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into robust, scalable product solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop deep partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption and align technical delivery with business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to iterate on product performance and user engagement.
- Represent the product vision at executive levels, communicating ROI, risk management, and market expansion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in product management within the Fintech, Investment Banking, or Brokerage sectors.
- Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and global equity/brokerage markets.
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic, complex financial platforms in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and client-facing requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of regional financial regulations and compliance frameworks applicable to Singapore and global markets.
