Tanggung Jawab
- Define and manage the comprehensive product vision and roadmap for Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to integrate advanced AI and machine learning models into existing manufacturing workflows.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on business impact, technical feasibility, and ROI analysis.
- Analyze manufacturing data to drive process improvements, predictive maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for plant operators and management dashboards.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in Industry 4.0 and AI technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
- Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business leaders.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
