Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance processes for new product development and manufacturing
- Design and implement statistical process control (SPC) systems and quality control plans
- Conduct root cause analysis for product defects using 8D methodology and FMEA
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer specifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of quality excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in quality engineering, semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Expertise in quality management systems (QMS), SPC, and APQP processes
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP) and quality software
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in failure analysis
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and yield improvement
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent quality credentials
