Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee assembly, testing, and calibration of laser products to ensure technical specifications are met
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in manufacturing processes
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize product designs and manufacturing workflows
- Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols
- Document technical processes, test results, and improvement initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical manufacturing or product development
- Strong knowledge of laser technology, optical components, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
