Synchrony is seeking a talented Senior Production Designer to join our dynamic Digital Creative team. In this work-from-home role, you will be instrumental in creating, optimizing, and producing high-impact digital campaigns and content for our key retail and financial payments partners.
As a Senior Production Designer, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and flawless execution. You will collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and marketing managers to translate complex brand guidelines into beautiful, functional assets tailored for various digital channels. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the production and versioning of high-volume digital assets, including display ads, social media graphics, email templates, and interactive media.
- Ensure all creative deliverables adhere strictly to partner brand guidelines, technical specifications, and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to brainstorm, design, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimize design workflows and establish template libraries to maximize team efficiency and guarantee visual consistency.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on all assets prior to final deployment and handoff.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design technologies, tools, and digital marketing trends to maintain high production standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production design, digital design, or art direction in an agency or corporate environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital collaborative tools like Figma.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital production layout, responsive web assets, and typographic hierarchy.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple assets under tight deadlines.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, with proven success working in a remote team setup.
