Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met with high efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and high performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to streamline manufacturing workflows.
- Manage production scheduling, resource allocation, and labor planning to optimize output.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, ISO standards, and company environmental policies.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports for upper management, highlighting key achievements and improvement areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
- Proven track record of leadership or supervisory experience within a production team.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and production planning software (ERP).
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, or Root Cause Analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage team dynamics and cross-departmental relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
