Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure operational efficiency and output targets are met.
- Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the production floor team to ensure strict adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse departments to ensure adequate inventory levels for raw materials.
- Implement and maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP/GMP).
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on production throughput, waste management, and operational costs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to facilitate effective communication with all levels of the workforce.
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, or ISO certifications.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse production team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
