Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring timely delivery of quality metal manufacturing outputs
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with business KPIs and market demands
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering accountability and skill development
- Optimize manufacturing processes through lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance teams for operational synergy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in production management with 3+ years in metal manufacturing
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and production planning software
