Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor Production Team Leaders and cross-functional support teams to achieve operational KPIs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive capacity plans to meet production demands while optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure 100% compliance with quality management systems (QMS), safety regulations, and medical device manufacturing standards (ISO 13485).
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Manage the business unit budget, including labor, materials, and overhead expenditures.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering departments to ensure seamless production workflow and material availability.
- Monitor production output data to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production management within a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical Device or Pharmaceutical preferred).
- Proven track record in leading large teams and managing complex business units.
- Strong technical understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safety-first culture.
