Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet food safety standards (HACCP/GMP)
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor production KPIs and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality
- Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance departments for product innovation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal SOPs
- Drive lean manufacturing principles and process automation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in food production management
- Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Certifications in HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma preferred
