Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire production process, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive waste reduction and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations (OSHA / ISO 45001).
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory levels and material flow across the facility.
- Prepare and manage the department budget, controlling costs and improving overall operational margins.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Report on key production metrics (OEE, yield, downtime) to senior management, driving data-based decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a Senior Management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale production operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), TPM, and Process Optimization methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and the MS Office Suite.
- Willing to be based in Pekan Nanas, Johor, and able to thrive in a dynamic factory setting.
