Join SAMEE's dynamic manufacturing team as a Senior Planner and drive operational excellence through strategic production and material management. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and guaranteeing on-time delivery to meet customer demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, implement lean methodologies, and continuously improve planning workflows. Your expertise will directly impact production efficiency, resource allocation, and overall business performance in Bayan Lepas.
We seek a proactive leader who can analyze demand patterns, forecast requirements accurately, and coordinate resources across procurement, production, and logistics. You'll develop contingency plans for disruptions, maintain compliance with quality standards, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance process efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives
- Optimize material requirements planning (MRP) to minimize inventory costs while ensuring availability
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage master production schedules (MPS) and capacity planning for manufacturing lines
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to adjust plans for demand fluctuations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in production planning within manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and forecasts
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Knowledge of Malaysian manufacturing regulations and compliance standards
