Join onsemi, a global leader in intelligent sensing and power solutions, as a Senior Production Planner / Scheduler based in Tarlac, Philippines. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating material flow through production, ensuring alignment between requirements, engineering, purchasing, and production schedules to effectively resolve issues and drive operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules aligned with customer demand, sales forecasts, and capacity constraints
- Coordinate and optimize material flow through production, ensuring timely availability of components and finished goods
- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to resolve production issues and align requirements
- Monitor and adjust production schedules based on changing priorities, bottlenecks, or supply chain disruptions
- Implement and maintain production planning processes and best practices to improve efficiency
- Generate and analyze production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with procurement to ensure material availability and optimize inventory levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and scheduling operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) with advanced planning and scheduling modules
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
