Biosensors International Group is a leading medical device company dedicated to developing innovative cardiovascular solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior/Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team at our facility in Boon Lay Place, West Region.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our extrusion production equipment while providing expert technical support for process-related issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards of product quality and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance
- Monitor production processes and provide immediate technical support to resolve equipment-related issues and process deviations
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in compliance with GMP and ISO standards
- Participate in equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and validation activities
- Train and mentor junior production technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with extrusion equipment maintenance and process support is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems
- Experience working in a cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment is preferred
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirements
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
