- Monitor and optimize production line performance to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct regular diagnostic checks and preventative maintenance on specialized machinery.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement rapid corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, equipment performance, and quality metrics.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in technical troubleshooting and industrial equipment maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
