- Develop and implement strategic smart maintenance solutions for aerospace MRO operations
- Lead research and innovation in predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime
- Analyze aircraft performance data to identify trends and recommend maintenance improvements
- Stay current with emerging technologies in aerospace MRO and digital transformation
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff in advanced maintenance methodologies
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards for maintenance operations
- Contribute to the development of new aerospace maintenance technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace MRO with focus on smart maintenance technologies
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with predictive maintenance, IoT applications, and data analytics in aerospace context
- Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that improve maintenance efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical data
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams and projects
