Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate product engineering during development, model size trials, and commercialization for footwear category
- Collaborate with design and production teams to align engineering specifications with market requirements
- Source and evaluate materials/components to optimize cost, quality, and sustainability
- Conduct technical reviews and provide engineering solutions for footwear production challenges
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and cost efficiency
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables while mitigating technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in footwear product engineering or sourcing
- Expertise in footwear manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation systems
- Strong analytical skills for product performance evaluation
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian footwear industry regulations and trends
- Proven track record in commercializing footwear products
