Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Lead semiconductor projects from RFQ through to mass production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and problem resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the semiconductor or EMS industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from RFQ to mass production
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
