Are you a seasoned Program Manager with a passion for driving innovation from concept to market? HR Primo Management Services is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Program Manager (NPI) to lead our product development lifecycle. In this role, you will be the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring that our new product introductions are executed with precision, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct end-to-end NPI programs from initial requirement gathering through to post-launch evaluation.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks.
- Manage program budgets to ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
- Lead project status meetings and provide transparent reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Implement rigorous risk management strategies to resolve roadblocks and minimize delays.
- Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate time-to-market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Program or Project Management, specifically focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and manufacturing or software implementation processes.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
