- Lead end-to-end program execution for New Product Introductions (NPIs) ensuring timely market launches
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, supply chain) to align on project deliverables
- Implement risk management strategies and proactively resolve project impediments
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive stakeholders
- Optimize program management processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout product lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of program management experience with NPI/product launch focus
- Proven expertise in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience in consumer electronics or technology industry
- Certified Program Manager (PgMP, PMP) or equivalent certification
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
