- Lead and manage complex corporate real estate programmes from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholders and communicate project status, updates, and changes effectively
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery processes and methodologies
- Mentor and develop junior programme management staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in programme management, preferably in real estate or construction
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or RICS are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
