  • Lead and manage complex corporate real estate programmes from conception to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate project status, updates, and changes effectively
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery processes and methodologies
  • Mentor and develop junior programme management staff

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in programme management, preferably in real estate or construction
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or RICS are highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and industry best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
