Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Develop comprehensive design documentation including construction drawings, specifications, and material selections
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage client relationships, conduct regular progress meetings, and address any design-related concerns
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers to foster professional growth within the team
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site design issues
- Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders and clients effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience
- Registered as an Architect with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM)
- Proven track record in leading and delivering complex architectural projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts clearly
- Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative work environments
